Calcium emerging as key nutrient for weight loss

I just read an article on this in a magazine, pretty interesting. Although this article does not go into much depth.

the article I read recently was saying to eat low fat/sugar yogurt.

I drink milk, eat a low sugar yogurt and just recently started supplementing with calcium to see if it has an effect. In the controlled study that was done those that ate yogurt 3 times per day lost 22% more bodyfat than those that did not!

Calcium in yoghurt (a food) vs. Calcium supps (pill)?

Calcium in milk is added after pasteurization, and it is a cheap calcium (Your body absorbs an AVG of 20%) ...

Many bodybuilders dont eat yogurt because of the loss of definition it produces, this is detailed in the Bodybuilding Nutrition book by Dr. Franco Columbu (mr olympia)
Some say its outdated because now we have splenda, artificial ingredients and designer chemicals... I prefer to stick with the basics.

The best calcium sources are in green leafs like watercress, bok choy, spinach (careful with this), roman lettuce and others, but you need to put them in a juicer in order to get the right amount.

As for supplements, coral calcium has many trace minerals that enhance the absorption...And calcium citrate has been proved to have an absorption rate of more than 80%. And remember, calcium needs Vitamin D for correct absorption, so get some Sun
