Alright I got down to 8% bf, and ill post pics soon...But now my arms aren't filling my sleves, and I want to go back on creatine while I slowly bulk the rest of the year.
I use to take Phosphagen HP, but I think it bloated me alot, it worked great though. I haven't taken anything for a few months, and I see alot has been going on with creatine...All this Ester stuff.
Should I stick with my old Phosphagen HP, or is there a CEE you guys recommend? I don't care about price, or anything just want good results...Are the claims of CEE no bloat true ? Does it increase visual muscle size, like Monohydrate? What kind should I take?
