    Glutimine and B-complex

Ok.I was at wal-mart the other day and since I was there decided to see if they had anything I could use.Well I picked up som L-Glutimine pills and B-complex.I picked up glutimine to help in work out.How much should I take before and/or after workout?I picked up the B-complex to help in getting rid of acne.I couldnt find B5 as that was what I had read to get along with B-complex so I just got the B-complex.Any ideas if JUST the B-complex will help me without the B-5 and if it will, how much should I take and how often?

    Thanx alot for everything.

The L-Glutamine, take 10gr post workout. As far as the B12, I suggest using the recommended dosage as shown on the bottle.

You can buy it in bulk on www.customnutritionwarehouse.com. If you buy it at a health food store, it costs a ton. It is listed as Pantothenic Acid on the vitamin bottles. That might be why you can't find it.

For glutamine, I take 5g in water when I first wake up, 5g each in my pre- and post-lifting shakes, and 5g in water before I go to bed. I would at least take the 5g pre and post-lifting or a full 10g post-lifting.
