    First up....which is better?

Next, what do you think about mail order with these types of supps?

You CANNOT buy either in the contry I`m in, and was thinking about ordering some which takes three days to get here????????

I`m kinda thinking it`s winter anyway, so now is better than in the middle of summer right?

Hmmm,,,, good question. I've always read that flax oils should be refrigerated, even if they're unopened. However, ever supplement store I've been in have the stuff on the shelf. The bottle recommends refrigerating after opening. Make sure what you buy is packaged in a dark bottle. It goes bad in UV light lilke beer does.
