    MRPs?

    High School starts up pretty soon and I wont have time to eat a meal in between classes. Can anyone suggest a good MRP?

    i love muscle milk myself...i've been out of the supp scene for a while so i don't know if it meets labels claims or whatever but it sure does taste good.

    hmm being a 17 year old without a job during the school year, i'm not going to have much money. Are there choices that are a little less expensive?

    Champion makes a good low-carb MRP that's pretty cheap and good. Go with chocolate.

    I have a job for the summer but its going to be tough to work with School work, college searching, and playing football.

    I can make my own MRPs?

    Just put some oats in whey?

    Yes you can make your own...

    Oats in whey is a good mix.. I would add some coconut milk (source of good fats) and a low dose multi vitamin (no iron), walgreens/kmart/wal-mart should have a $3.99 bottle of 100 pills.
