    I have 2 of them in my house....I cant find the amount either???
    I take it 2x a day sometimes 3 when I'm too lazy to cook.

    me too....i feel it gives me energy if i take an hour preworkout

    You can take a whole lot of creatine before you feel the slighest of sides. You're ok.
