    Weight Loss-Safe Supplements? HEEELLP

Im 16 and going into grade 12. sinec january i have been lifting weights and doing cardio and such to reduce my body fat. ive already lost 25 pounds, but im having trouble losing the rest of the weight. i still have about 20-25 pounds to go.i was wondering if "miracle" diet pills like Lipo-6, Hot Rox,Thermalean and Hydroxy cut A)actually work, and B) if it would be safe to take something like that at 16. ive read somewhere that u shouldnt take if ur under 18, but this guy at the local nutrition place told me it would be fine. any suggestions/info? thanks alot.
Also, i would be taking them while doing cardio every day and lifting weights 3 times a week.

you have hit a plateau, go to the diet/nutrition forum for help.

i was wondering if "miracle" diet pills like Lipo-6, Hot Rox,Thermalean and Hydroxy cut A)actually work, and B) if it would be safe to take something like that at 16.

no, at 16 you do not need them, and yes they can help but don't think that by taking a supplement like this all of a sudden you will drop the remaining weight. continue to focus on proper diet and exercise.

ive read somewhere that u shouldn't take if ur under 18, but this guy at the local nutrition place told me it would be fine. any suggestions/info?

if this guy is advising teens to use weight loss products he is either an idiot or he his just trying to sell it to you, or both.

also, I would be very curious to know the details of how you lost the weight, if you did it incorrectly that would explain your current plateau

Dont waste your time and money on those supps at this stage. Fix your diet first. It is the most important factor in determining body comosition.
