So many pills, so little time...

I just received my package of new fish oil capsules and a new multivitamin.

Can I get a solid answer on when to take these and dosages?

They're a weeee bit pricey, not much, but I get an additional 65% discount ontop of all teh other ones, so it all works out.

This one is the Fish Oil:

    And the Multi:

I ordered 2 bottles of these sizes for both items.

    Thanks ALOT for any help.

I would take 2 of the multis on my breakfast with 1 Fish Oil.

Another fish oil with my middle day meal and another with my last meal. (not the pre-bed)

The Fish oil you purchased is very strong on EPA, you'll need only 3 a day, usually I take 6.

    Creatine i take 2 weeks pre-workout and 2 weeks post-workout then 1 week off.
