    i take mine 2 hours before because if i take it too close to working out i get cramps..so ive found it best to take it 2 hours before and right before pump it up with N02 AAKG

    Have you ever tried a product like XCEED or Xpand that utilizes Di-Arg-Mal and CEE? I don't particularly like Xpand now that they added caffeine, but neither product has ever cramped me up like other creatine formulas.
