    Creatine?

    When should this be taken? Before or after workout? Or even both? I have no clue and it is not specified on the container. Also do you think i should, or should not go through the loading phase im thinkin about it?

    so i was reading ..
    and for my loading phase would this work?
    20grams a day

    5-Right when i wake up
    5-before i lift
    5-after
    5-before i sleep??
