    Pre-workout energy supplements

    What have you guys used that is good. Im very aware of the ECA stack.. etc....

    I have heard good things about Vendetta.....any good suggestions, I am open.

    I put a couple grams each of Taurine and ALCAR in my pre-lifting shake. That seems to help me too.

    I work out in the morning. I mix 5g glutamine in an 8oz glass of orange juice and take 2 green tea tabs, 1 ginsing tab, 1 Guara tab (a natural caffine), 2 amino acid tabs then work out 45-60 minutes later. All this gives me some energy for my workout.
