I wanted to know what glutamine supplement has worked best for you guys; One that your body absorbs real good.

I have tried MetRx Glutamine NOS, which has Glutamine and Arginine. That was good stuff, but a little more expensive than the rest. I have gone with Optimum's Glutamine many times. It is cheap and effective. The last time, I got bulk glutamine from www.customnutritionwarehouse.com. A kilo is only $20. You can't beat that at all.
