Best LEGAL supplement for gaining size & strength is...

Anyone have suggestions?

In my experience I would say NO-xplode. Nothing compares to the pumps and size gains picked up with NO-xplode.

I also think that San OX is good but its really expensive. I bought some a while ago and even with an $11.00 discount that I got for being a poster on the forums, it was still a bit pricey. Its not where you buy it, its just that San charges an arm and a leg for it. I found NO-xplode to be better and cheaper though.

Personally, my best supplement for mass gain is having a huge black man curb stomp me whenever I thought I needed more than creatine whey protein, and maybe some BCAAs and Glutamine.
