Whey protein and MRPS = no sides, only intestinal gas if you are not tolerant.

Amino Acid? = There is a large variety, the essential and BCAA (used for muscle building) do not have sides. Protein is made of aminos.

Weight Gainers? = Some can make you fat, this products are basically protein with high glycemic carbs like sugar and fructose.

Creatine = 5g a day should not give you any sides ... some people say it hurts their stomach. Creatine needs water in order to get in your bloodstream, this is true for many foods too. Just remember to take 1/2 gal - 1 gal of water a day, depending on your body weight.

Just start low... 5g for a 150 lbs and 8g for a 175lbs should be ok. Some people abuse the doses.
