I take 1g on my pre-workout drink.
That is rare, because Trib is known to normalize estrogen levels.Originally Posted by musclepump

This guy was allready taking steroids and used tribulus after a gyno surgery.
I have taken trib for some time now and I have not seen any effects on high estrogen levels (bloating, water retention, gyno symptoms). I get gyno effects fast, got them from finasteride and in a couple of days while using 4AD, but not with long term use of tribulus.
I think that we need more studies on the pros and cons there are not many. But basically trib is not a testosterone precursor like steroids or prohormones but it produces more of the luteinizing hormone (LH), this hormone is responsible for the natural test production (balance) of your body, thats why some people say that it normalizes hormone levels, because LH does just that.
One of my suspects for the gyno effect in trib is that many tribulus supplements including Tribex used Saw Palmetto in their original formula, Saw Palmetto can cause gyno.
