    Redline question

I got some Redline the other day, the syrup kind. It says not to take it on an empty stomach.

Has anyone taken it on an empty stomach, and any ideas what it will do if you do?

    Thanks

I take it on an empty stomach (first thing upon waking up, workout days only). I haven't noticed any problems and last I checked, I was still alive.

only thing is it MIGHT give you some mild shakies from the caffeine, they just dont want some newby idiots calling the emergency room because they have the caffeine jitters.

i have had some redline and thought they were good.... i got a good jolt of energy and the flavor wasnt horrible... i usually run an eca stack but on days where i dont have my eca i would take a redline instead...i dont notice any side effects because i have been taking caffeine with my workouts since the day i started...
