most supplements you can't really feel working. look at it as preventive maintenance. it's much easier to prevent something from happening (illness) then to try to treat it once disease has set in. there is no such thing as dying of natural causes. it's nothing more than a medical term for we don't know why death occured.Originally Posted by goandykid

Supplementing EFA's and vitamins and minerals into your diet is to ensure that your getting all the nutritional requirements for your body that you might miss out on in the course of a day.
So if I didn't get these minerals n such, and I didn't have these preventative measures, what would happen?

Well, if for long enough, and low enough doses, yes you would die, but, for the most part, you just wouldnt see the mass gains you could. I feel the effects of fish oil, I dont know about you guys... its an overall sensation of well being, my skin's clearer, hair looks better, (i guess, I get complements from people) and... Yeah, i get some pretty cool burps sometimes!
This is my journal. Click it and such

along with having a genetic predispostion ,nutritional deficiencies are the #1 cause of disease. this is why having a balanced diet is important for long term healthOriginally Posted by goandykid
