    No-Explode? Important?

Ive been looking into trying No-Explode by BSN but i am not sure if it is safe for a 15 year old to take? One of my friends takes it and he is starting to get huge and he says that he's really pumped when he takes it and never felt better in the gym. Is it safe for someone my age to take or be taking it?

Yes, but its garbage IMO. Youd be better off buying the ingredients in bulk. And trust me, chances are, hes not getting huge. Get your diet nailed down first, then look to supplements, in all seriousness, you will see crazy gains.
