    Caffiene Pills

A friend of mine suggested I take caffiene pills while at work. I tried it and work went by so great, I was alert, effecient, happy, and work went by soooooooooo much faster. Then I bought my own bottle of NoDoze and actually have it waiting at work next to where I keep my name tag. So when I get to work I grab my name tag and pop in a pill. Now it's gotten to the point that if I choose NOT to take one, I'm miserable, constantly checking my watch and hating work.

So I want to know if there are any long term effects of doing this. Once a work day means I pop a pill five times a week, and maybe a soda here or there if I feel my energy slipping. I've never felt heart palpitations from it, but I do have a history of an irregular thyroid. What else should I keep an eye on while doing this?

You should see why your energy levels are low first ...

No good sleep? High cholesterol, high sugar diet? Overtraining? Over-Sex?
Natural things that can help you are, Desiccated liver 16g a day, Siberian Ginseng 1-2g, Tribulus/Maca 2g ...

Other stuff that can help you get focus is: Ginko, Holy Basil, Organic Coconut Oil.

Long term caffeine use is dangerous, it can do damage to your heart and kidneys.

    LOL

take it from a caffeine fiend, be careful. its fine, but the pills can get excessive. i recomend just drinking coffee, if you can handle the acid, or my personal favorite, sugar-free monster energy drinks.

i started using caffeine when the ephedra/mahuang products went belly up. i felt good at first & then i started noticing myself getting VERY irritable REALLY quickly over nothing!!!!!!

at the moment i've cut back on my coffees & extra caffeine & have a cup of Green Tea with a few grams of Acetyl-L-Carnitine.

works great for energy & focus without any moods. in fact i feel in a real good mood most of the time.

i'll probably cycle these two combos on & off.

also thinking of adding some nicotine gum instead for a bit extra energy.
