    Shakes recipes

    Just got Myoplex original...tried the strawberry flavour and it sucks!!!

    I wonder what I can mix to make it taste better without adding bad stuff like fat or more carb or something.

    ewwww... strawberry myoplex is GROSS!! try to take it back, that shit was such torture when i bought it..yuck.

    Still got the vanilla and chocolate...any ideas about getting it to taste better?

    I never buy strawberry anything when it comes to powders.

    Your best bet would be adding in real strawberries.

    I second that, fozen strawberries are a great addition for taste.

    Tried the Vanilla and OMG!!! it tastes like cerelac lol!!!

    Guess i'll be mixing many things with it from now on. I thought protein shakes taste good.

    Tried Lean Body before and it was not bad.

    Tried to mix chocolate with milk..it was not bad, but the thing is that I don't know how much cals, protein...etc I added my mixing milk?!!!

    Want to know how much stuff I add in each mix, anyone know how to do that please?

    Put 2 tbsp peanut butter in with it...will kill any taste.

    real/frozen strawberries with banana and milk should mask some of the taste in strawberry.
