Anyone Still Taking Creatine Mono?
Or is everone paying the big bucks for V-12, Swole, etc?

I use all kinds lol CEE one day, tri-creatine malate the next, and then some mono another. I respond well to all of them, so it doesnt matter.. I just have a stockpile.

He cant even do HIIT cardio correctly, let alone decide on which creatine may be best
