I started working out my senior year in high school to lose weight, and then I moved to college and totally stopped working out. Since the beginning of summer I have been working out, which is about 5 months now.I got my routine going and started eating properly and I have been thinking about starting with some supplements. I have been taking in whey protein (alltheywhey) along with all the proper food around 5-6 times a day, and multivitamins. I was thinking of starting with some CEE but then I was reading about Taurine, Glutamine, BCAA, etc. So I was thinking to get the CEE creatine along with glutamine, and taurine. I dont think I need the BCAA since there is enough in the whey? Should I only start with CEE for now to see how it affects me and then buy the other supps? Or can I get them all now (with combined shipping from bulknutrition) and work with all of them?
I am not using these to get super huge, but from what I have read these are good to take in even if I am not looking for super gains, but they will give me a little bit of an edge. I also dont want to become a "supplement junkie" and have my liver and kidney work overtime (possibility even?) Should I concentrate more on my working out and eating and just start off with creatine? Another thing I am concerned about is the timing of taking all these sups. It would be nice if I could take these all together (morning, before, after workout, and/or before bed) and not scattered all over. Is that possible or no?
whats funny to me is when people start lifting again they buy some supplements and they think they are working because they are getting bigger. Since you are lifting you would get bigger if you were taking sugar pills. Focus on eating right and proper protein supplementation. After 5 months off your biggest concern should be getting in the gym not what supplements to take

I never really lifted weights to begin with, I worked out to lose fat. I have been lifting weights now for the 5 months, and I mentioned that I was thinking of taking some supplements to help me along. I didnt say I want to take them to see super gains, because just working out again I will see good gains. Aside from that, is there a point in your "working out career" where you say to yourself, I should get on some supplements? I have been going to the gym regularly and I believe that my diet is good, so why shouldnt I start with some creatine? I will get gains without it, but it will also help either way, whenever I start taking it.
I appreciate your eating and getting to the gym advice, but that is no problem and I will continue doing that.
