    EC Questions........

    Hi to the board,

I've been into weight training for about 5 years and have only just gotten into the internet, so have made my progress (which I'm pleased with) kinda "by myself". I've reached a point where I'm very happy with my size and strength and don't want to increase either (by much anyway)!

However, I still have some REALLY stubborn abdominal fat (I'd say about a kilo's worth) that just WILL NOT go. I've tried increasing cardio to half an hour every day (on top of weights) and also decreasing my food intake by about 400-500 calories each day. Nothing seems to remove this layer of fat.

Since getting a PC and the net (about 3 months back) - I've latched onto the idea of the EC stack. I've got all the ingredients together and am ready to start taking it tomorrow.

Do I need to start of with smaller doses (say 10 E, 100 C)?
Will the stack make me feel weird?
What sort of fat loss can I expect to see within a week/a month?
Does it REALLY spare muscle and ONLY burn fat?
Will my lifts increase or decrease?

Your help/advice/opinion would be greatly appreciated guys......

Thanks to you all in advance
    Ian

A clean sound diet and regular cardio is the way to lose the fat. Try getting diet help on the diet section here, they are great. But the EC stack is also a lot of help. It gave me energy when I was doin low calorie diets. Start with just 25e and 200c a day, than depending on how you react start doing the 25/200 twice and even three times a day spaced 4 hours apart.

Uh not to dissapoint, but I think 5lbs of fat in once week is a bit optimistic. You forget the caffine is a good diuretic. I dont doubt you lost some fat, but a good cunk of water weight. Ethier way keep at it, the longer your "on" the more effective it is.

    cheers for your reply Joe

Dunno if it's all 'fat', but I weigh 5lbs less, my lifts have increased slightly and my abs are showing through more than they ever have before, so I'm WELL chuffed

Gonna stick to it anyway, as I think the 'energy' from it is top!

    Nice one
