    Russian Bear 5000

    my friend was telling me how he started taking it and how hes gotten massive gains i wanted to slap him in the face... one serving of this stuff had 300 g of protein and has 2700 calories... if i took that on my diet it would be a mess my kidneys would fail my calories would be like 5000000000000 a day... i dunno what u guys think but i wanted to hit him
