Reasonably priced pump Supp
I'm 40 years old and started working out towards the end of June. I'm taking 25Gr of protein in the am with breakfast, after a workout and before bedtime/w milk along with a 740mg CLA pill. I have a real basic squat rack with 300lbs of weights so variety of exercies is somewhat limited.
The problem is I'm not getting any pumps/tightness/vascualrity during or after my workouts. I've varied my workouts from 4 reps x 3 sets heavy weights to 8 reps x 3 sets with lower weights.
Is there a supplement that will help me achieve my pumps or am I not doing enough sets/reps??

The best bang-4-buck combo that I have found is 6g L-Arginine powder + 3g Taurine powder pre-workout.

I think I'll give the Max Pump a shot. It appears to have all the "right stuff" and reasonably priced.Weight lifting is like " Mind over Matter". If my body doesn't mind---the weight doesn't matter!!!!!
