    NOX-CG3 from xyience??

Any good? It's the sponsor for ufc so it maybe just a lot of hype. I've been thinking about taking this as my first creatine supp. Even with all the support for creatine I've just been skeptical. I don't know why.

If you got anything to comment on their other products please do.

    Thanks.

I was skeptical as well, but you have to realise that in the right dose and taken for the right amount of time, it won't harm you.

IMO, having not touched anything made my Xyence, I would stay away from it. Seems like its just trying to get hyped up too much, and as a result, i'm sure its nothing more than a mediocre supplement at a high price. For creatine, I would go with either V12, which contains Tricreatine Malate among 4 other very good ingredients, or Rob's Maximum Pump, which is very similar to V12. I haven't yet tried MP, but plan to.

kku919, let me know how that turns out. I bought some mono as my first dabble into creatine. Thought I should just start out on the basic stuff. That V12 stuff looked good. Could someone explain tricreatine malate for me?
    Thanks.

Fruit Punch sure tastes a lot better than Blue Raspberry. That's what I've determined thus far
