    Looking for good multivitamins

I am looking to try a different multivitamin. I have been taking Mega Man sport by GNC and I am looking for a change. Any Vitamin advise is welcome.

my favorite is opti-men. Serving size is 2 tablets, so you can take them 12 hrs apart, which, IMO, should help keep your body's levels of the water soluble stuff high, even though most of us have very high water intake.

Try to find a zinc/magnesium combo too, one without calcium, and take that 30 mins before bed.
