L-ARGININE GOOD! If you really, really want to take it, go for it, but dont buy tabs. Get powder.

i prefer tabs becuase i am always unsure if it gets fully absorbed when mixing with water.

At least with tabs i know for sure it is on my system

Do you understand what i am saying?

Why is powder better anyway? better absorbtion?

Cheaper. And the taste puts hair on your chest. Bulk powder is consistantly better, with everything.

powder is also messier, tabs are easier to store too

since it is an amino acid on its own i am sure it can't be that expensive

So their is no difference comparing powder and tab form in respect of chemical changes within the body?

Not really, but, soon enough youll find that powder is more efficient, considering the doses that youll need to take to see some real results.

the tablets i plan to buy are 500mg of L-arginine each...i also plan on taking 6g before training and 6g after training.

    does 1000mg = 1g?

So i would have to take 6 tabs before and after training? seems like a lot

    yes, 1000mg is = to 1g.

yes, 6 tabs would be correct if that is the dosage you want (6g)
that is another reason why powder is better at times is because you won't have to swallow 20 pillls every day. With powder, you can simply toss it in your whey shake and be done with it (which is what I do if I buy powder)
