    creatine problems

okay, i posted about maybe adding gear to my lifestlye, i have lost 40 lbs here in the last 2.5 months, i started off at 265, i am down to 225.. lost about 4.5 inches.. strenght gains are pretty slim though, i am going to start taking hydroxycut 2marrow morning, now how does creatine work, i know it fills your muscles with water, but does it do anything for strength? Will it stop weight loss?

Thanks.. I will say though, everyone in my last post called me a pussy and a dumbass for asking about gear, sorry, i came to this website for advice, and i understand now that i am too young (18). but everyone said, train harder, stop looking for an easy way out.. well i will say this F**K an easy way out, do you think me losing 40lbs and staying a strict diet, and quiting smoking is an easy way out.

I appreciate all of the advice.. Now i love muscle mile, how should i include protein, creatine, and hyrdroxycut into my daily routine? THANKS ALL

Creatine will help with strength (if you are a responder) and it will not hender weight loss IMO enough to worry about it. You will gain water weight, but it really isn't that big of a deal. When taking creatine, it is a MUST that you drink LOTS of water ALL THE TIME! Water is what makes creatine work.
