    Chromium Picolinate

    What is the difference between this and Chromium Chloride in the process of building muscle? is there anY? i am 16 years old and bought some (chromium picolinate) at wal mart and heard some pros and cons about this... do any of you take this..should i be taking this...thanks for any input.....

    The main reason to take chromium picolinate is to enhance the utilization of fat to energy. Now days there are a lot of research going for diabetes.

    As for the Chloride version, picolinate is assumed to be absorbed better.

    Chromium Picolinate is also supposed to increase insulin sensitivity (good).

    i took it n imediately got symptoms of a bladder infection. it stopped as soon as i stopped taking it. a few weeks later i tried taking it again just to see if it was what caused it sure enuf same thing. it's crap, a lot of people won't touch it.

    Don't look back ~ You're not going that way!
