Retaining Pump
Hi all
What is the best way to keep the pump you get after training, what supps do you use for this. i already use CEE, protein etc Thanks |

Isn't this what NO 2 claims to do? "Perpetual pump" or something of the like.

Not such thing as permanent pump, but training at 6 max reps per set at a high weight can enhance the pump effect in certain muscles like chest and biceps.
