    Retaining Pump

    Hi all

    What is the best way to keep the pump you get after training, what supps do you use for this.

    i already use CEE, protein etc

    Isn't this what NO 2 claims to do? "Perpetual pump" or something of the like.

    NO2 is supposed to give you a huge pump. It goes away though.

    Not such thing as permanent pump, but training at 6 max reps per set at a high weight can enhance the pump effect in certain muscles like chest and biceps.

    You're so right man! That's the best way to maintain the pump for longer.
    I do it all the time.
