This is the shake that I make
1/2 C Raw oats
2 tbps Natty PB
1 C Whole milk
1 C Ice
2-3 Frozen strawberries
2 scoops ON Whey
Couple drops of honey
Yeilds about 70 grams of protein and 825 Cals.![]()
Im currently using creatine with my protein, and dextrose inside my Post workout shake
Im curious what i could do to add more calories to my shake?
Do all weight gainers have protein in them?
Also, with creatine, dextrose n protein, shuld i add in some glutamine for recovery??

Weight Gainer have WAY to much sugar in them, so stay away. Just make your own weight gainers, also much cheaper.
