    mhp UP UR MASS

    I Am 5'8 172 Trying To Up My Mass. I Use Cee As Of Now Have Seen Lots Of Tonning But Want To Up Muscle Is This An Good Product

    From the ingredient list you could do alot better with a quality whey protein powder, natty PB, Milk and/or Heavy Cream and some egg whites mixed.
    To achieve Success is certaily tough..but keeping it, much tougher!

    Sorry forgot to ask, how many kcals are you taking in per day? That may also play an issue in all of this.

    Never really counted calories just starts keeping track about an week ago took in about 3,5089 a day

    35, 089 per day?>!! WTF?

    No man just kiddin...3500 per day should do it if not more at a steady rate, unless you are the xtreme type that can eat and eat and never gain an ounce then you have some cals to ingest my man.
    To achieve Success is certaily tough..but keeping it, much tougher!
