Keep your gain and your strengh after M1T cycle
As few guys knows here, I'm gonna begin a cycle with M1T in a Month.
But I wanted to know if after a cycle even if obviously you loose a little bit strengh you had with M1T, if you keep a good strengh superior to the strengh you had before M1T cycle.
But I wanted to know especially after you stop the M1T if you deflate like a balloon. Like with Creatine. I pretty sure it's not the case but I want o be sure.

I kept most of my size and strength gains. I lost some of both from my peak, but I was still well ahead of my starting point.

Is nolva (just alone) good for PCT?
4 weeks superdrol, 4 weeks nolva? 20mg of Nolva sufficient? Or would it be best to use Nolva with creatine, or NO 2...something to help retain gains?

Well, I had planned on also incorporating milk thistle in with this. But I wasn't sure if I take that during a cycle, PCT or both.
