Can you take in too many EFAs in general?
Im currently taking 6 fish oil caps a day along with 3-5 grams of CLA and Flax Seed oil enriched whole wheat bread

CLA is not an omega fatty acid. personally I think it's best used when there is a caloric excess, at least 6 grams daily is needed. I don't bulk with out it
