    protein with creatine

    i have read loads of differant articles, half of them telling me not to take whey protein with creatin and half of them telling me its ok. i just wana no wat you guys think

    yeh but say u have been drnkin alot of water durin ur workout then after the workout after you take ur protein shake u piss will u not piss out all the nutrients before they r absorbed or have i just been exposed to bullshit?

    So, the article says to hold in all of your urine and cause an infection? So that you don't "piss away the nutrients" ?

    It doesnt absorb water to the point that youre not gonna piss

    Creatine doesnt overide all your bodies functions which still require the expulsion of urine

    Some protein products already have creatine in it, like Cytosport Muscle Milk.
