    Break out!

Have any of you guys ever broken out into hive while on any supplements. I recently bought some Flaxseed oil pills and thought it was it but i took a whole bottle before without any problems. But I also just started to use Cell-Tech. I have never taken Cell-tech the well Ive taken stuff like it but not Musle-tech brand. But this cell tech has some new formula to it. I cant remember what its called though. Ill have to look when i get back home. Anyways has anyone had this problem.

Haven't had this happen. The only bad thing that has ever happened to me while taking a supplement was a bad case of the shits.

So Donkey Man, if you having a problem, STOP taking it.

you can develop an allergy at any time in your life.I used to love to eat bananas & then one day(I was about 30yr old) my lips swelled up & my tongue went numb.I've been afraid to eat them since. After talking w/ several doctors & nurses......they said if I wanted to try & eat them again I would need to have Benadryl w/ me & a ride to the hospital just in case of emergency.I just don't think they're worth it.

You know, I have a similar allergy to canned spinach. When I eat it, the inside of my mouth itches unbearably. It only happens with canned spinach, not the fresh stuff. Used to happen to me when I was a kid. I have not tried canned spinach in about 20 years, but I do remember really liking it (except for the allergic reaction).

See if I eat like any type of melon my mouth starts to itch and my tounge swells a little. Papaya enzymes that they sell at GNC if I take them they will make my face flush red and make my ears burn. (Dont say a word Gopro)
