flaxseed oil
multi vitamin
tribulus
lipo-6
ephedrine
green tea extract
will anything be getting in the way of anything else by taking that much?
also, when stacking lipo, eph and green tea, how much ephedrine should i take?"fuck it all, and fucking no regrets"

the labels say take one pill twice or three times a day, right? i've also read take half a pill twice or three times a day

3 tabs a day each of 25 mgs for a total of 75 mgs a day, and dive the dosage in the day, example 6am , 12 am, 6 pm,

Umm... If you ever intend to fall asleep, you wont take your ephedrine at 6pm... The latest you really want to, depending on what time you go to bed, is like 4pm.

what's the dosage for green tea? i bought a bottle of caps today the label says 50% polyphenols and each cap is 5oomg.....how many do i take at once and how often per day?

also the ephedrine i bought is in 8mg caps and it says to not exceed 4 caps per day....

That didnt work for me. I tried 40 mg and I felt no effect.
