Next Best Supplement?

I take a multivitamin, a whey protein, and have some creatine (that im not taking). Is their anything else I should be looking at?

I think that's all you need unless you aren't using fish oil caps already; it's all I use (except when cutting, I plan to start an EC/A stack in addition). Some people may suggest glutamine or casein protein but I don't use either and don't really think they are needed. If for some reason you just have a lot of money lying around and don't want to put it in savings and don't know what else to do with it, then by all means, maybe you should look into the two.

i be digging da glutamine.

my body seems to scavenge LBM quickly, and i think glut in the morning helps stave off the process.

no i dont have any research handy to back up my claims, but i know when im religous with my crea and gluta (for like a month +) my gains seem to stay/continue a bit easier.

Still Alive.

I second TheCurse. I am getting great gains since I added the glutamine. I am also using Taurine. Both are cheap.

I take, glutamine Pro-Peptide, Pro-mass, Aminos, Pro-HMB not sure how much difference in all makes?

BCAA's would be a better bet than the HMB, in my opinion.
