Hi,
I have just bought these tablets which are called ultimate burn; I was looking for something to give me a boost during my workout the guy in the shop recommended these.
Serving Size: 2 Capsules
Serving Per Container: 30 Servings Per Container: 14 Amount/Serving Daily Value*
Citrus Aurantium Extract 400 mg *
(Standardized to 6% Synephrine)
Caffeine 300 mg *
Kola Nut Extract 250 mg *
(Standardized to 20% Caffeine)
White Willow Bark 150 mg *
Cayenne 120 mg *
Ginger Root 120 mg *
Inactive Ingredients: Maltodextrin & magnesium stearate.
I have done some goggle searches on the Active ingredients and there’s lots of warnings coming up to do with the negative effects it can have on your body, has anyone ever used these or similar products?

Kola Nut Extract 250 mg *
White Willow Bark 150 mg *

I would suggest starting with one capsule of that product.

I dont know about the other two, but that isn't that much (aspirin). The caffiene though is 3 strong cups worth, which is a lot of blood pressure.Originally Posted by itbestuk
