    Newbie question about MAXIMUM PUMP

Hi new to the board, I've been taking NO2 for a few months now, its pretty good stuff, but the bottle is almost finished and I'm looking to try something new.

Just wondering about the safety of Maximum Pump? How much water do you need to drink per day? I have no problem drinking the 64 ounces a day for NO2 but part of the reason I've stayed away from Creatine so far is because its generally recomended that you drink a gallon a day or you'll mess up your kidneys. Do I need to drink water or can it be something else? like grape or cranberry juice?

And is it anything like NO-bolic pump which I read is like the first step to steroids.

Not looking to become Arnold or anything just want to get bigger a little and gain some muscle, but not do any damage especially to my sex life a few years from now.

    any suggestions?

    thanks

don't know if your taking a protein supplement but i would definately add that to your daily consumption. i am pretty sure that your going to be ok with taking the maximum pump. consume an adequate amount of liquids and take some before your workout.

yea I drink protein but not really consistently. I try to get protein from like chicken and red meat etc. I have a 5 gallon bucket of Iso-pure but I don't drink it to much because thats additional liquid I have to drink in addition to the 64 ounces. I don't know how some people drink protein 2-3 times a day while still managing to consume a gallon of water.

Is maximum pump just creatine mixed with NO2? because from what I'm reading its seems to be that. am right? any known side effects?

i'm open to suggestions. MP is just something I found recomended on this website several times and it has NO2 which was pretty good for me, and Creatine I've been wanting to try out but a little hesistant. If there's something better and cheaper than I'm all for it. I just don't want any anabolic, balco or growth hormone stuff.

I liked it, if you guys care at all. Decent product, considering the profile and dosage of the ingredients.
