Yeah, 1 scoop in between meals is a good call. MCT's are cool

I don't like the taste of the GNC Pro Performance's weight gainers.

Plus the serving is huge, and way too much sugar!

I have used ON's Serious Mass, Prolab N Large, and Cytogainer, IMO those 3 are better products.

ON serious mass and nLarge still have way too high of a carb/protein ratio and are loaded with sugar. again, go to allthewhey.com for the better, cheaper stuff. i cant stress that enough.

According to allthewhey.com their weight gainers have 31g of sugars chocolate and 25g of sugar other flavors. 83g of carbs (Chocolate flavor)

On the other hand Serious Mass have 40g of sugar 252g of carbs (in a two scoop serving) The scoop is big!

N Large 28g of sugar (Chocolate flavor) and 86g of carbs.

allthewhey.com gainer has 53g of protein per serving

    N Large 52g of protein

    Serious Mass 40g of protein

So I don't think that there's a big difference between them.

Price? I don't think so either.

And the GNC brands are always crappy too. Not to mention the employees are always your average Average Joe who doesn't know anything. I can't see how GNC has been able to stay in business with all the internet competition.

It's all about the name.....It's usually the first place a doctor will tell someone to go if he/she wants to purschase vitamins or whatever. Most people who shop there don't know what's on the internet or use it.

I usually dont shop at GNC but....I bought a jug of ON Whey on the net that was aprox. $13.00 (damn cheap). When It was said and done with shipping $22.00 ( ). It would have been cheaper for me to go down the street to GNC......Yes the net is cheaper but shipping and handling is a MOFO.

Buy from better places with flat rate shipping. For instance, discount anabolics charges $4.95 flat rate shipping up to 10 pounds, and like $1-2 for each additional 10 pounds. Plus there's no tax for inter-state purchases. Shop wisely and you will save big time.

Thanks for the info bro. I tried one of the recommended sites (I think it is a sponser of the boards) and their shipping was pretty high....I've ordered from DA a couple of times but not Whey...Thanks again.
