    strange EC Stack feeling........

Been using the EC stack for about 3 weeks now (4 days on/2 off routine) - taking 25 E and 225 C just once a day (in the A.M prior to 45 mins cardio and no food).

The results have been ace - the cardio if much easier (I actually enjoy it now!!) and I've lost a very pleasing amount of abdominal fat.

However, I've noticed (on about 10 occasions now) that if I get up from a seated/lying position (after ab work, getting out of a chair/the car etc) that I sometimes go strangley 'lightheaded' and my vision goes a bit funny (a bit like getting out of a bath that was way to hot).

Is this a common side of the EC Stack? is this anything to be worried about? should I stop taking the stack?

I've had no other sides from the stack - no interruptions to sleep, no digestive disturbances, no negative effects of sex drive/erection quality etc.

    Advice/opinion very welcomed.......

    thanks all
    Ian

Maybe your calorie intake is too low? I just started an EC stack myself and haven't noticed anything (as far as dizziness), but I have not been on it for 3 weeks yet. Only thing I've noticed is sometimes I will be somewhat jittery and when walking to class I seem to be sweating more than I usually would be. But I think these are expected sides from EC.
