if you are taking it for fat loss you should take it daily
I train differently than most, my beef is with gravity the weights on the bar are just the medium...Thanks to Wall Street your slice of the American Pie has been reduced to a crumb.

I agree. The way I have been using my EC stack, I will take one serving as soon as I wake up, then another about four hours later, then again right before my workout (but sometimes half of a serving depending on how late my workout is). I have been doing this every day and plan to continue doing so for the entire 6 week run.

Some people go 4-5 days of the week on, then the rest of the week off, but according to the article "Ephedrine Science" (if someone has a link), there is no real benefit to this, however, I believe you should only use ephedrine for a max of 6-week cycles.

the half life of ephedrine is roughly 3-4 hours so I would just wake up and take it every 3-4 hours, 3x a day at what ever time you need to take the dose. I wouldn't base when you take it on what you are doing
