    Weight gainer post workout?

I'm trying to gain some weight so i bought some ON's serious mass. When should i be taking this? I was thinking about taking one scoop in the morning and 2 scoops after a workout. Or should i be taking just regular whey protien after work outs and 3 scoops throughout the day? what do you guys suggest?

I was using it for about 3 months and had great results, but I was taking only one scoop at a time, but I had ON's 100% Whey, so I used to mix one scoop or Serious Mass and one scoop of ON's 100% Whey, so it was around 48g of protein. Mix it with water and it won't be that thick, good luck bro
