I got introduced to protein through a UK company Maximuscle and thier stance is basically that if it ain't whey it ain't worth shit. I don't use there quality but overpriced whey anymore. But I'vs taken there word on whey as gospel but it l;ooks like I've been short sighted. What other protiens are worth considering and what mixes are good?

Egg protein, casein... Yeah, meat, eggs... Fish. A milk protein isolate is good, www.allthewhey.com makes some good stuff.
