It's only been two days, but i started to take my own homemade weight gainer, twice a day and I gotta say its the shit. gained a good 3-4lbs!! i start with..
1 Cup of Milk
1 scoop of ON's 100% Whey
5 scoops of OatMeal (same size scoop as my protien scoop 29g's i think)
2 TableSpoons of Peanut Butter
blend that shit up and take it twice a day. fills you up good and taste great. and just to think that I was gonna cough up 30bucks to buy a weight gainer is just plain stupid. i know this is old news but damn, i cant belive this was all in my kitchen, under my nose and I never took advantage of it. good luck.. -Juan

That 3-4 pounds is mostly water. You upped your carbs and it makes you retain water. Looks like a good weight gainer though.
