M1t Help!

I will be doing a three week cycle of M1T and I really need some help with the PCT.

I have read about NOLVDEX yet that is a prescribed medication which I won't be able to get. A friend has said 60X0 and milk thistle. My question is what do I need that I can actually get for my PCT and how long should it last as well as how much of each should I take for my PCT.

This really is important and I would appreciate your help.

Ok so from all the research here is my plan.

3 days before cycle take Alpha Lipoic Acid for Liver.

Cycle:
5mg once a day for three weeks.
1000mcg of B12 to keep my eating up

For my PCT I have some questions. For nolva I found Tamoxifen on http://www.legalmedsonline.com/Tamox...oxifen+citrate

But I am not sure what dosage I need.

I will also be doing 60X0. Reading the M1T thread everyone was talking about 4-Derm. I went on bulk nutrition and I found E-Form by Dermabolics is this the same thing as 4-Derm?

A guy from Canada found some the other day. I don't remember the site, but they only ship within the US, so he is SOL on that. It is some ErgoPharm 4Andro. For tamoxifen research materials, you can check out www.IBEnutrition.com.

4Derm, just like M1T, is illegal. You aren't going to be able to find it sold on the internet anymore, much as you can't buy M1T anymore. Tribulus is not an alternative. Tribulus just makes claims to raise your natural test production. Nothing can stop M1T from shutting your natural production down. 4Derm serves as an exogenous(external) source of test. Once it gets into your system, it is converted to testosterone. That is why it is needed, but if you can't find someone that you know that has some or can get some, you are SOL.
