I love BCAA's, 15g a day is sufficient, split into 3 doses, taken AT LEAST an hour and a half after your last meal, and you must wait 30 mins before eating again. Maybe you could look into Glutamine as well?

What is it that you love about them??
I have looked into glutamine but is it outside my wallet range at the moment. Because of a lack of quality natrual protien in diet I need a fair amount of whey, I'm looking into using other forms of protien to supplement my diet as well.
